Acharya Harilalji is the main trainer; he is an experienced teacher who completed his training at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala. Subsequently, he lived and taught at Sivananda Ashrams in Kerala and the Himalayas. He also holds a diploma with honours in Yoga Therapy from S-Vyasa University in Bangalore, and now lives and teaches at Arsha Yoga Ashram in Kerala.

The English Yoga Teachers’ Training Course has a limited number of participants, ensuring a close relationship between students and teacher.

The programme gives a complete overview of the different paths of yoga and a full immersion into the world of yoga. After completing the 4-week Teachers’ Training course and exam, you will be eligible to join the Yoga Vidya Teacher’s Association (Berufsverband der Yoga Vidya Lehrer). It is one of Europe’s leading organisations of yoga teachers.
Completion of the Yoga Vidya four-week intensive Teachers’ Training certifies you at the Yoga Alliance 200-hour level. This certificate enjoys wide recognition and you will be qualified to apply for membership in the Yoga Alliance organisation.
